Our Authorised Subaru Centres in Auckland will be open with contactless services available for Auckland-based customers under Alert Level 3 restrictions. The remainder of the country is in Alert Level 2, with all Authorised Subaru Centres outside of Auckland open for customer facing sales and servicing in accordance with Alert Level 2 requirements. What does all of this mean for me as a Subaru customer?
Car dealerships are now able to reopen under strict guidelines under Level 2. You can contact your Authorised Subaru Centre today to see how they can assist your needs for servicing or purchasing and see our SUBARU SAFE commitment here.

What happens if I have already ordered and put a deposit down on a car before lockdown?
Please get in touch with your local Authorised Subaru Centre on 0800 SUBARU. If your vehicle was due to be delivered in April month, please get in contact with your local Subaru Centre to discuss details on delivery now we are in Level 2.
Will the lockdowns affect the supply of your vehicles?
We are still currently receiving our vehicles from SUBARU CORPORATION in Japan as their plants are still operating and freight ships are still able to enter our country at this stage.
I am waiting on parts for my vehicle, what now?
In Level 2 you can get in touch with your local Subaru Centre to arrange a pick up of the parts you require.
I was booked in to get my vehicle serviced over the lockdown period, what happens now and will it affect my warranty?
We have now entered Level 2, and Subaru Centres can now continue to carry out work on your vehicles. Please rest assured our Subaru Centres will contact you to advise they are able to reschedule completion of your service or repair.
If your vehicles next scheduled service interval is due over the lockdown period, please do not fear, you will be able to have this completed once our Subaru Centres are able to open. There will be no adverse effect on your vehicle warranty during the time of lockdown, and no limitations on your warranty if you are unable to get your scheduled servicing on time, of course this is provided that you have previously followed schedule servicing to this point required under warranty.
What happens if I was meant to get a safety recall completed on my vehicle?
Please rest assured that your safety is of utmost importance to us. If you received at letter to advise that your parts are ready and to book your vehicle in, please contact your local authorised Subaru Centre to arrange for a safety recall to be completed.
